Unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase date. *A completed RETURN FORM must be mailed in with returned items* Do NOT attempt to return items if the above criteria is not met. We will be unable to process your return, and item(s) will be returned to sender.
Once returned item(s) is/are received, your return will be processed within 3-5 business days. If returned merchandise is deemed to be in returnable condition, your refund will be issued to your bank immediately equal to the price of the returned item(s). You will then receive the funds from the refund in your account approximately 5–10 business days after the date on which the refund was initiated. (This is an aspect of how the banking system works.)
**There are no returns on Clearance items. All items under "Clearance" are not eligible for return.**
Promo codes are not valid on prior purchases. Items purchased with a promo code may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund of the price paid less shipping charges. Expired promo codes will not be accepted.
Claims for damaged or faulty items must be reported within 10 days of receiving your items to ensure proper credit. Please email a picture of the damaged or faulty items to email@example.com with “RETURN” as the subject. Only damaged goods will receive return labels.
**Shoes must be returned with the original shoebox intact + unaltered, the shoebox cannot be used as a package. Any tape or labels placed on the shoebox will result in the package being refused + no refund will be issued**
Because of the rate at which items sell out, if you need a different size or style please return the item you want to exchange and then place a new order for the item/size you would like instead.
